Step one
Finish our online application form and submit your resume. Once Officescape
receives your application, our virtual assistant management team will contact
you for pre-qualification.
Step Three
Officescape will check your references and mail you the Virtual Assistant
Agreement and W-9 form for reviewing and signature. Mail in two copies of your
signed agreement with a copy of your photo ID, a finished W-9 form and $500
setup fee.
Step Two
After passing your pre-qualification, you will be asked to mail in credentials
and copies of your diplomas, certificates for all education / professional
development courses, as well as three professional reference letters to
determine your professional level, core skills and billing rate.
Step Four
After receiving all of your paperwork, Officescape will send you one copy of
executed Virtual Assistant Agreement and a virtual assistant start kit.
Officescape virtual assistant management team will then contact you for setting
up your training schedule.
