Officescape Secure Access Management (SAM) offers both identity management and network access management. Identity management ensures having the right person, and access management ensures secure access to the right information. Officescape integrates our Smart Identity Management (SIM) technology with SAML or federation-based user authentication and authorization to provide secure network and application access for teleworkers and contractors.

Officescape Smart Identity Management uses either smartcard or USB drive platforms to store the encrypted user credential, and allows the credential to be authenticated through our UPID server by SAML or federation standard. After users correctly type in their PINs or passwords, they will gain information self-service and password resetting authority; system administrators will be able to conduct provisioning and de-provisioning of identities from resources and to control access rights based on the centralized policy and pre-defined organization roles with a single sign-on over our secure end-user portal.
