Does Officescape function like a call center? No. Our professional operators function as a member of your team. Our operators are all Officescape trained professionals who are given extensive training on professional phone etiquette as well as specific training on YOUR individual company. All of the operators will be your virtual receptionists and team members. Every call detail is scrutinized over to ensure that your callers have the professional experience your company demands.
What is the difference between the packages if they are all the same price? The amount of free calls per month. The cost for additional calls each month is based upon the amount of work the receptionists are going to do for you.
What functions is that receptionist able to perform? Depending on you level of service, the receptionists will answer in your company name, answer general questions, take messages, forward and screen your calls.
What happens after hours? You have a general voice mailbox that your calls will forward to.
Can I use my existing phone #? Yes, we would have it remote call forwarded to a number we provide.
Can I add additional forwarding extensions? Yes. Additional extensions are $10/month with a one-time $10 set up fee.
Can I have my calls answered 24/7? Yes. For an additional $150/month we will answer calls 24/7.
