Question Answer
Why do I need bridging? Bridging is required for ANY videoconference call that is multi-point or involves connecting to non-compatible platforms (IP/ISDN).
How do I set up a call? You can reserve the bridge or conference facility directly through the reservation?link in your online account.
What conferencing facilities will I have access to? There are over 150 locations to choose from. The reservation page in your account or www.officescape.com will show you available locations.
How do I know if I need to bridge?a videoconference call? Any call that goes from an IP based phone to an ISDN based phone will need to be bridged. If a call involves more than 2 locations (multi-point), that call needs to be bridged. IP to IP or ISDN to ISDN point-to-point calling does not require a bridge.
