Why do I need Officescape Unified Communications?	This service provides you the latest technology in business communications. You can now unify all of your numbers into one number to control your accessibility and manage ALL of your calls and faxes from anywhere. We provide you ONE number for calls and faxes that will guide calls through all of your most commonly used numbers sequentially or simultaneously.
What kind of phone number do I get?	You can have a toll free # for $25 per month or a local for $35 per month with $35 setup fee. We can get you a number to ANY city you�d like, same-day!
Is there a per minute charge on forwarded calls?	Yes. You will be charged $0.05/minute forwarding to a long distance number. If you have a toll free number, it will be $0.08/minute forwarding.
Is the Long Distance "Unlimited" good worldwide?	No. It is only good for North America.
What is follow me/find me?	The ability to program up to 5 different numbers that we will try to reach you with. You can either have them ring simultaneously or one after another in a roll down approach.
How do I change my forwarding #?	You can log in to your account and there will be a link to manage your account where you can change the forwarding number.
