What is Officescape's next-generation Virtual Office?	Virtual office allows you to have a real business presence in top business markets without physical office lease commitment. Officescape next-generation Virtual Office not only has the prestigious business image but also the real office functionalities that you can use anywhere and at anytime.
How can I use the Virtual Office functionalities from anywhere?	Depending on the virtual office package you ordered, you will be able to receive you business mail anywhere; answer your phone call anywhere; receive voice mail and fax vial email anywhere; get remote receptionist service with live phone answering service anywhere. You will also be able to operate and manage your Virtual Office online. Please see our demo for the specific functions.
How long does it take to set up?	It can be as easy as 1 day! Once you sign up we will email you a Service Agreement and a Postal Form. Once you sign and fax back the service agreement with a photo ID we can get started on phone services. The Postal Form has to be completed, signed, notarized and mailed or overnighted back along with 2 forms of ID. Once we receive this paperwork you may begin using the mailing address for all your business needs.
When can I start using my address?	Once you have completed, signed, notarized and mailed or overnighted the Postal Form along with 2 appropriate forms of IDs.
Can I retain my phone number when the services end?	Officescape will resume ownership of the phone number once a contract is terminated. If you would like to retain your phone number after the contract is terminated, there is a one-time buy out charge.
Is there a separate charge to have mail forwarded?	Yes, mail forwarding is $7 per occurrence for regular mail. The price covers secretarial time for mail collection, bundling, and postage for your mail. You will be able to select your mail forwarding frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). If there are packages delivered to you for forwarding, extra postage will be charged separately to cover the overage of shipping cost.
Can I have package delivered to me even I have not scheduled?	Yes. Officescape will deliver your business mail and packages to you based on your pre-set schedule and frequency. For un-scheduled mail and package, a fee will be charged for un-scheduled delivery.
How many calls can I have answered with the Personalized Phone Answering (PPA)?	We can answer up to 150 calls per month. Depending on which PPA package you select, 50, 100 or 150 calls per month will be included in the packages. There will be an overage cost per call of $0.75, $1.50, $2.50 or $0.90/minute depending on which PPA package you select.
