Usage Office service provides you with at least 16 hours of private office time each month, at the office building and location of you're choosing. You will have full-time receptionist service and live personalized phone answering services during normal business hours and voicemail service after hours. You will also be able to rent meeting rooms, temporary offices and other office services, at various locations, as you need. What is Usage Office?	All of the features of the Virtual Office, but there are at least 16 hours of office time included. For Virtual Offices that require PMB numbers for your mailing address, the Usage Office service eliminates that USPS requirement.
Where will my usage office be?	You may select from any of Officescape facilities nationwide. You are not tied to one facility. But once you decide which location you want, all the office hours included in the package will be limited to that location.
Who will need Usage Office?	If you require your mailing address without PMB#, listing your business name in the lobby if the lobby listing is available or physical office usage every month, you are a good candidate for the Usage Office service.
Is there a separate charge to have mail forwarded?	Yes, mail forwarding is $7 per occurrence for regular mail. The price covers secretarial time for mail collection, bundling, and postage for your mail. You will be able to select your mail forwarding frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). If there are packages delivered to you for forwarding, extra postage will be charged separately to cover the overage of shipping cost.
Can I have package delivered to me even if I have not scheduled?	Yes. Officescape will deliver your business mail and packages to you based on your pre-set schedule and frequency. For un-scheduled mail and package, a fee will be charged for un-scheduled delivery.
How many calls can I have answered with the Personalized Phone Answering (PPA)?	We can answer up to 150 calls per month. Depending on which PPA package you select, 50, 100 or 150 calls per month will be included in the packages. There will be an overage cost per call of $0.75, $1.50, $2.50 or $0.90/minute depending on which PPA package you select.
